Northside


Northside Apts are located in North Shepherdsville. The facility is approximately a quarter mile north of the Post Office, off Hwy 61).

In order to move into a unit, you must first fill out an application. Applications are available for pick up at the main office of Northside or Cedar Grove Apartments. You may also download the application from the bottom of this page. After we receive your application, you will be added to the waitlist. When your name appears on the list, you will be notified and asked to pay for a credit check and a criminal background check. The fee is $30 for a single tenant or $55 for married couples. Upon approval you will be required to pay for your first month’s rent (pro-rated) with a money order, and a separate money order for the full monthly amount to be used as a security deposit.

Base Rent is the minimum monthly rent and Note Rate is the maximum amount. Your rent amount depends on your income.
